"Since Kanji Steakhouse and Sushi opened in 2007, we've won rave reviews and loyal customers. Our Achilles heel has always been the acoustics in our restaurant - when we get busy, we get LOUD.

"We had a horrible echo as you remember when you were on the phone with me. We mounted all of the panels on the walls and the ceiling. I placed them 1ft apart long ways and 15" apart from the 2ft side. We hung them using eye hooks and 28 gauge wire. The difference in sound is absolutely incredible. Music and voices are now concentrated in the area where the sound comes from.
