Domestic and International Shipping Policies and Procedures

At Acoustimac, we do our best to ensure your shipment arrives on  time, but we can’t be responsible for incorrect shipping address information provided to us. If an order’s shipping address has changed or was not entered correctly nor verified and corrected  before shipment. , additional shipping costs may be billed before attempting re-delivery.

Also, Acoustimac is not responsible for any delays in your shipment once it has been picked up by one of our authorized couriers.  Once your order is packaged and ready for shipment, a tracking number will be assigned and sent to you. Once shipped, since the goods are no longer in our possession, you will need to contact the courier directly using your assigned tracking number to receive any additional support. 

If an item you bought arrived damaged, you must report it to us by email no later than 5 days of receiving it. Please, include in your email some digital photographs of the damaged merchandise. We will get an insurance claim initiated on your behalf and immediately send a replacement at no cost to you once the claim has been filed and accepted.

Shipment are picked up at our facility on Monday through Friday during business hours except  major holidays. Orders placed  after 6pm  eastern time, will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping times are estimated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We build many of our products to order and/or to custom specs, and production times vary from  5 to 14 days for many orders.  Longer production times apply to larger orders (20 units or more) or orders with many size variations or customizations.

Remember that these lead times are estimated, therefore we strongly discourage you from scheduling any labor dependent on our goods, until you have been provided a tracking number and the shipment has been picked up and is in transit.

We can ship to any country which accepts shipments from the US, however in some cases additional costs may be involved for additional documentations, certifications and other required credentials. For shipping outside of the U.S. and Canada, an account rep will provide you with a shipping or freight quote from our authorized logistics brokers and carriers.

We can also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and all US Territories, protectorates and US Armed Forces facilities worldwide. However these orders also have to be quoted manually.   One of our account managers will be happy to quote this for you.

Acoustimac can ship your goods, using one of our authorized domestic couriers, to any freight forwarding company of your choosing. However, being that we are based in the state of Florida, state law requires us to collect sales tax on any goods being shipped to a destination within the state.   Goods shipped to forwarders located outside of Florida don’t fall under this requirement.
